EMASplus - the system for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Sustainability

... is an optimal synergy of different aspects:

  • economic success through long-term optimal design of the company's activities and development of innovative services and products

  • operational environmental protection (energy, water, waste, mobility, legal certainty, etc.)

  • consideration of employee interests

  • product responsibility and consumer protection

  • working conditions and environmental protection at the supply stage

  • assumption of social/ethical responsibility (observance of human rights, measures against corruption, civic engagement, etc.)

We support organisations of various industries and sizes in introducing and maintaining sustainability management - with or without certification.

EMASplus

The sustainability management system EMASplus is based on the well-established European EMAS system (Eco Management and Audit Scheme) and expands environmental management to include the social and economic perspective of an integrated and holistic management system. It consistently aligns the actions of an organisation to systematically evaluate and continuously optimise its economic, ecological and social impacts. The standardised sustainability report ensures transparent information for the public.

As part of a project financed by the EU, we developed the sustainability management system EMASplus together with church partners.
