CSR Tourism

CSR means Corporate Social Responsibility and describes the enterprise’s responsibility for its impact on the society and the environment.
Enterprises contribute to sustainable development, assuming social and ecological responsibility in their essential business, going further than legal requirements.

We especially support tourism enterprises with a well
thought-out and professional concept consisting of a catalogue of criteria, a guideline for sustainability reports, a web-service, methods, education and development as well as certifications.

Together with partner organisations we have founded TourCert, the organisation for certification in tourism and have have developed the CSR-label „CSR Tourism certified“. Our experts from tourism, economy as well as the environmental and development sector will advise and accompany you with their long experience and valuable professional knowledge. In the project „CSR in Tourism and Trade“ kate supports the introduction of CSR in a total of 250 enterprises using the „CSR-Empowerment“ approach and develops branch-specific manuals.

Our CSR-Academy educates CSR-managers, CSR-trainers and CSR-auditors.
