The Pilot Enterprises' CSR Reports
CSR reporting standards have been developed in the course of the project "CSR-Reporting Initiative in Tourism". On this basis the German, French, Spanish and Austrian pilot enterprises have created CSR reports (= sustainability reports).
The data collected there are those relevant to the enterprise. Tour operators will update and expand their data annually and thus gradually develop the quality of their reports.
In the following reports ten key indicators will be published as benchmark indicators.
